The committee chairs of the Champaign County board will hold a special meeting to set goals for the new year at 5 p.m. today in the Putman Meeting Room of the Brookens Administrative Center.
The chairs will review each committee's 2015 accomplishments and unfinished projects, then plot goals for each committee for the year ahead.
The committee chairs will also discuss the best way to stabilize board dynamics under the new administration.
